What Alpha 28 is
Alpha 28 Cellular Restoration is a twenty eight day program done with a group, led by Dr. Catherine Oseni. Day one starts with a full metabolic panel, the baseline. Four weeks of protocol follow, covering nutrition, movement, sleep and stress, supported by the Cellular Restoration Kit. Day twenty eight repeats the same panel, same markers, same lab, and the two are read side by side.

You don't need to be local. Only the BIA scan is in-clinic.
Questions
Do I need to live near Weatherford?+
No. Only the body composition scan requires the Weatherford clinic. Everything else, including the metabolic panels, runs wherever you normally get blood drawn, and the kit ships to you.
Can I use labs I already have?+
Bring them, but we'll still run the day one panel. The comparison only works if both draws use the same markers and the same lab.
What's in the kit, and when do I take each item?+
Specialized nutraceuticals formulated for cellular restoration. Full ingredient labels come with your order, and every item is walked through at the October 5 orientation.
I take medications. Is that a problem?+
Most women can still do this. Bring it up at orientation, and keep your own provider in the loop throughout. Nothing here replaces their care.
What if I miss a live session?+
Sessions are recorded and posted in the group.
What if October 5 doesn't work for me?+
The group moves together, which is most of what makes it work. Let us know when you request enrollment details, and we can talk about the next cohort.
